hello everyone,
i wonder if anyon e can help me, i am quite new to computers, i am a bit clueless really.
i have on a few occasions tried to download things like
manuels and other stuff, but with no success.
when i click to download something i get a small
box in the middle of the screen saying do you want to run
file, when i click ok, i just get a white screen saying
no preview avalible, & some small icons at bottom of
the screen.
any help much appreciated.

When the box appears on the screen, it has a choice of open or save. Select save and save it to a folder on your computer. Once it has finished downloading, you use Windows Explorer and select the folder you saved it to. Then double click the file. If it is a manual, you may need to have adobe viewer in order to see what's in it. You can get adobe viewer from here:

you might need to download adobe acrobat reader in order to open it if its some kind of manual.
