what if i could be a female and not a male? how would i get my hard man-like body to be a soft woman- like body? would i be able to bend my legs and body like young women do? would i be able to look at men like women do? and would i still be able to look at women the same as i do now? i don't know what else to ask right now. please reply soon.

If you are biologically male, then you cannot 'change' into a female, so you will have to carry on wondering. The myth of gender re-assignment is that you can turn an Arnold Schwazenegger into a Catherine Zeta Jones, it just doesn't work like that - you need to have the appropriate hromonal and physical structures which simply need adjustment. Replacement isn't an option.
