can anyone help quickly please. i need a recipe for chicken breasts wrapped in bacon before 4.30. i have 3 large chicken breasts, middle bacon and 3 large mushrooms and mild cheddar and onions. can anyone come up with a really tasty dish in a short time please???????????????????????????

Recipe courtesy of my client......

Finely chop onions and mushrooms, fry lightly in a little olive oil. When the mixture has cooled add grated cheese, cut a pocket into chicken, stuff with mixture, wrap tightly with bacon and put in hot oven for 20-25 mins
