Can you recall a children's book from the 1970's about a Wizard called Twiddle-de-do? It was an A4 size book, landscape (A4 on its side) hard back, full colour and I think it contained the one ryhmn about this wizard. He had loads of spells and ownded a sweet shop, got all the spells muddled up and ended up with lollipops ten feet tall! Hey, I was a kid, it was funny then! I know it sounds wierd but I'd love to know the title so I can start searching second bookstores on the net so my children can laugh at it (and me) too!

Probably no help but Enid Blyton wrote a stort called the Magic Sweet Shop and also wrote about a character called Mr Twiddle.
Try posting this on Loganberry books (though there is a fee, so perhaps look at the solved queries first). They are absolutely brilliant for finding those childhood books!
