ok, so i am 14. and i am going to a pool party with my friends. i want to wear this real cute 2 piece swim suit, but i have extra fat on my stomach. it's 2 times bigger than it's supposed to be. and i weight 123. i dont want to loose dramatic pounds, but i want a change in 3 weeks or so. what is the best way of burning fat without pills and such in like 3 weeks??

I didn't loose my puppy/baby fat until i was about 15, so it is completely normal i assure you, then all your hips and waist will spring into place :)
I agree, there are some gorgeous takinis you can buy now, which are sometimes alot more fashionable and classy than bikinis!

I assume you mean 123 lb, which is only about 8 and a half stone! Why do you want to loose weight? I weigh 50% more than you and, although I am over 6 foot, I still regard myself as skinny and try to eat curry and take aways as often as possible. I agree with Elvis though, Snooker will definately improve your pool skills. And also if you're 14, some visible farts in the pool will go down a treat with your male pals!

I agree with everything above, the mother in me would want you to wear a swimsuit as opposed to a 2 piece, however I suppose fashion/peer pressure dictates!
try a sarong/wrap that you could tie around your waist, you probably dont look as big as you think!, at 14 you have a lot of growing to do still as well.
try to lay off the junk and drink more water, eat fruit as a snack and walk/run more, there are no quick fixes sadly! but in the long term you will grow up healthier and leaner
