Yes the reasons being are that ive ordered items before and they have never been delivered, and the seller has denied recieving payment usually by cheque.

You have been very unlucky with ebay, i have only had one issue and got a refund and i have bought hundreds of things - hope one of the other links helps though. Weird looking things aren't they!!!
