Checking Balance on Tmobile pay and go

Hi,

I lost my phone a couple of weeks back when i was away for the weekend so I bought a cheap pay and go phone on tmobile. Topped up and used it occasionally while away.

The instructions say type #225# to check your balance but ive tried this several times in several different phones and it doesnt work.

Any other ideas how I can check my balance?

I signed up to an old T mobile account, which worked at first but apparently my mobile number no longer exists so i cant check my balance on there!

On my tmobile payg i ring 150 free on my phone and it gives you balance and other info
