could i be pregnant?

didnt have intercourse but was with my partner and he had no underwear on but i had a thong. he was penetrating me with nothing on (not even sure if it was real penetration but his penis came close to my vagina). it lasted about maybe half a minute. i was defintly wet from my own mucus and there may have been some from him but i doubt it was enough to crawl into my vagina and up my tubes. im now worried that something may have happened.
other hints:
1)my lower abdomen is very crampy although i did situps a couple of days ago and im not used to exercise
2)i was lifting boxes yesterday and my body is a little sore now which is normal because im not used to thhat much physical activity
3)was with my partner 3-5 days after my period making my ovulation period around this time

im very very very scared now. i called clinics for support but all they do is give you a talk about ovulation, where to get birth control etc they aren't actually gonna tell you what your chance are??

any advice?????

i forgot to say that i was with my boyfriend on sunday and it only friday now?

well it is possible but the chances are almost non existant so I wouldnt worry but take it as a lesson learnt. It is possible to get pregnant from penatration without the man ejaculating and its also possible to get pregnant if the man ejaculates close to the vagina but it is very rare.

You are not going to know until your period is due but to be honest it would be highly unlikely that you are.

perhaps this scare will ensure that you look at precuations or perhaps abstaining from sexual contact until you are mature enough to handle such things as pregnancy.

i knew of someone who got pregnant from just "fooling" around. I think its possible, but unlikely. Early symptoms aside from sickness are sore breasts, a metalic taste in mouth, and an altered sense of smell (i had the last two). This wont happen until a few days before your due on at the earliest. You can early pregnancy tests now, but only a few days earlier than normal ones.i dont think theyre a good idea though, as an awful lot of women miscarry before they even know theyre pregnant, and as it comes as what seems like a normal period, so they would never have known. you can still get cramps like period pains as its the egg implanting. good luck.xx
