I really was used to auctioning on Yahoo's website - now that it is no more, what would you all recommend as the best website for selling things; I already know about Ebay and Amazon.

There are a few alternatives http://www.ebid.co.uk for example but none really hold a candle for the grip that ebay has on the public now....I can only really recommend eBay.
Ebay really is good. I have bought several items and never had any problems.
There's also www.qxl.com but it's not a patch on eBay.
Ebay is alright whilst its alright but if anything goes wrong don`t expect any backup from them.Contacting them is a nightmare and their new tie-in with Paypal leaves a lot to be desired when there are better and cheaper alternatives.Try looking at these sites:- www.ebayersthatsuck.com & www.paypalsucks.com
I always check ebid (www.ebid.co.uk) alongside ebay, its a buyer's market on there, too many bidders on ebay meaning prices go up every day!
