i've got a gorgeous dress i wore for my high school leaving do, i've only worn it the once ! its silky underneath with 2 layers of chiffon, if i say its bluey with limey green underneath i know what you think eeewww ! but it really is slinky and gorgeous if you ant pictures jus e-mail me [email protected] x

Try Coast. May be near the top end of your budget but they do some gorgeous dresses. Have you tried Debut, the Debenhams range of evening type dresses? Some ok dresses there. I had my prom dress made because i couldn't find anything i liked!

Ohhhh defo TK Maxx, there were so many beautiful dresses for 40quid, i got two! hehe

I bought my sister in law a prom dress off ebay for �60 plus postage only to find that I should have gone to TK Maxx - they had huge range of gorgeous prom dresses for �20-�40. Plus you can try them on. I am a huge fan of ebay but sometimes you have to KNOW it's going to fit right and be exactly the right colour.
