Fox removal

What are some ways to get rid of a fox? We live in suburbia, and a fox has recently been in our yard. I'm not sure where he lives, but it could be under some large brush piles in a neighbor's yard.

I agree with Jules, even tho I know that in some circumstances a fox can do a lot of damage, if he isn't causing you any specific problems why not just leave him alone to get on with his life

Well, first, it's not a very big lot. Second, the neighbor and I are in the process of clearing a lot of the fallen branches and brush piles (using a chipper to produce wood chips for walkways, etc.) so we don't need any surprises when we start getting rid of any piles he (and maybe his family) live under.
