My wife bought me these today, as I seem to be tired after coming home from work, and yes, I know what I've just written.
Has anyone ever taken these, and if so, what did you think? good, or no effect?.

Sorry Lonnie, Cant help you with those. I got my hubby Metatone Tonic for the same reason as yourself and it worked wonders for him. He's 54 btw.
