Try this.
I chopped an ordinary onion and two Bombay onions, fried in vegetable ghee with garlic until nearly burned, added in 600g of chicken and browned it, a tin of tomatoes and a jar of Pataks Vindaloo sauce, 2 large chopped Scotch Bonnets, 10 chopped Kenyan green birdseye chillies, simmered for an hour, and it is electric !

Secondly ..............When can I expect to regain control of my @rse ?
Otherwise , curry was spot on , and better than my local take - away's Phaal .
