Hi

My daughter is looking for a mobile phone with a mp3 player.

She has seen the above model but does not know how good it is.

She will mainly be using her mobile for listening to tracks so is it worth getting the phone or the mp3 player separate?

Thanks

My wife has the same phone in pink and doesnt rate it much over my samsung D600.

The operating system is useless and is far too fidly, plus it doesnt always recognise the tracks that are sent in AC3 format, which could make her look a little silly to her mates.

Samsung and Sony Erricson seem to be the ones that are more popular.

Forget the separate Mp3 player because if shes like the thousands of other teenagers i see its to play the music from a loudspeaker on the phone, its all the rage apparently.

If she indeed is wanting to play these tracks on loudspeaker i'd leave the 6111 well alone and go with a Samsung, mine is proper loud.

Its only 99 pay as you go at the moment too.

Although the on board memory is low so i had to buy a trans flash stick (1Gb) for it. Keep this in mind cause the space fills very quickly.

Good luck
