shorted indicators and now they dont work neither does the wipers or driver door window and car wont start any help please

Got car sorted. Found blown fuse the picture on the cover showed a lamp with a "R" printed on. Could anyone with a handbook tell me what this fuse is (15A). I cannot believe that a 15amp fuse protects the indicators, wipers, drivers window and stops the car from starting.
