pounds to dollars

Does anyone know a good way of transferring pounds sterling in the UK to a US bank account and not getting a low rate of exchange or big fees ?????

I've used TTT Moneycorp a few times and found them to be excellent. Good rate and exchange fees - usually flat �15.
