We are going to lose all of our green space and 300 trees are to be felled in a very small area, Does anyone know of anyway we can try to stop the development and/or any laws or loopholes we can use to stop or delay the planners? We made an appeal and a petition when we could appeal but the council still passed the plans. If anyone can help or has any ideas please do so.
Thanks Nicola

I think this is very difficult. Unlikely you can do anything. If you want to try you will need expert professional advice from a planning consultant &/or solicitor. This won't be cheap and - if it is going to get anywhere at all - is much better done by a large group of affected residents, preferably with local councillors involved if you can get any of them on your side.
