However, a neighbour is now complaining that my cat does the same in his garden and threatens to 'do something about it'. I keep my cat indoors at night, and have an indoor cat litter tray, but don't really have control over its movements (in any respect) during the day. Would like to ascertain legal responsibility and/or advice.
