The classic Cat Stevens song was played on an unknown radio station yesterday by a female crooner type singer. It was not Beth Orton's version and I can not find out via the web as to whom sang this version.

It was cool and jazzy, with possibly a slight French tinge. I thought Nouvelle Vague or Vanessa Paradis, but it was neither of them.

Any ideas?
