a friend of mine has just had car accident in a motorbility car
the car was writen off but he was over the drink drive limit ,is he covered for the damage ?

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.a chap hit my car and he was over the limit. the insurance company's on both sides were not inerested and I was told to get a solicitor to take him to court , but was advised that as he had no money I would never have got anything out of it, so I didn't bother. if you read the insurance policy it will state the exclusions, one of which is " driving whilst under the influence of drink or drugs" so definetly not insured.
