What is the inner part of your elbow called? Is there a specific term for it or is it just called your inner elbow?

As far as i know the inner elbow has no special name. Their is a muscle in that area (Pronator teres) and the end of your humerus bone has areas called the Capitulum (located on the outside of the bone in the elbow)

It's known at the cubital fossa, just as the back of your knee is the popliteal fossa.
