I am so fed-up, and upset. I am being doing sit-ups for 4 months 30 every day and my 6 packs have gone hard but there is no shape. I can't see them, i can feel them but what's the point of having 6 packs which don't show off. Please tell me an easier and faster way to build six packs. Please!!

Afer that your need to go out and get a 6 pack will have diminished, as you acquire a taste for real ale.

Whoever said you have too much overall body fat is right. You have the ripped abs (congrats on all your hard work) but you just can't see them. Try this, it should definitely work:
Eat only green vegetables and proteins. Male models follow this diet cause they can't have body fat either. Make sure to take multivitamins and drink lots of water.
Also take up some aerobic exercise to get your fat burning off. Runners have very low body fat, so they look ripped even if they really aren't that buff.
Follow these guidelines and your rock-hard abs will emerge into their rightful glory!!!
