I think the total number will be very similar to cattle. I've not been able to find a page which gives total numbers, but no doubt there is one somewhere.
It'll probably be quite a bit fewer than humans, as they have fewer toes, and many foot bones will be missing or fused together.
I did find out that neck bone number does vary from the standard seven in a few mammals -- for example sheep usually have seven, but can have only six or five, and sloths apparently have fewer too.
