I contacted 'Tourism Ireland' and they told me that :-
The track is called "The Welcome Visitor" and it was composed for Tourism Ireland by Shaun Davey. It is played by the RTE Symphony Orchestra.

cheers but i dunno if they were thining of the right advert...cos this is a rock band.

The name of the song is 'Highs and Lows' by 'The Laundry Shop' and was released on the 10th of may, i agree that its a good song and i found the answer to this on a website called 'hotpress'.
