Ericsson T610 dictionary

Any know why my dictionary rests its self every so often, losing all the words I added in and changing the order the suggested words come up in back to the default? Its done it twice now in about 6 months and is really annoying. If not, can anyone point me in the direction of a mobile phone forum?
