We didnt go there mind you we just enjoyed the beach in the day and a meal and a few in the night. Friends of ours went there not that long after us and thought the same-Fab ( we are in our twentys too!!)
You have to go to Playa de las Americas in Tenerife. Weather superb. Plenty to do, beaches fantastic, long promenade for that evening stroll and great nightlife everywhere. You really can't go wrong with this area. I would also suggest either hiring a car and exploring this wonderful island or going on some of the tours offered. The hotels are excellent and there is also plenty of great apartments if you prefer self catering.
If you havent already booked i recommend my home of Corralejo, Fuerteventura.
Its the quietest island with the best beaches. The food here is some of the best in Europe and very cheap, (last night i had a 3 course fillet steak meal and bottle of wine for less than 25 per person)
The night life is not club orientated, more like chill out bars and acoustic music. If you time the flights right it can be very cheap to get here too, (aviod 1/2 terms)

Yeah fuerteventura is beautiful, and it is the quietest canary island, i went to jandia, no nightlife really, apart from resturants and shops, but was lovely. If u want to have fun go to Corralejo, or why not go lanzarote, or tenerife, playa de las ingles or americas.im sure l have fun there, but plenty quitet time too. gto www.greatlatedeals.co.uk (cick tailor made holiday) or www.thomsonbeach.c.uk or www.packyourbag.com all are really cheap value for money hols with good accomodation
