Hi there abers :-) Can anyone help ? I have lost count of how many times a day I get a box that says windows has encountered an error.........send report........or don't send .
No matter which I choose it shuts down the web pages and returns to desk top. This is getting rather troublesome , especially when I am on AB !!!

Go to Start >Programs >Accessories >System Tools > Internet Explorer (No add-ins).
If the problem disappears, the problem is with an add-in (which it probably is).
If the previous actions suggest that is the case, Open Internet Explorer your normal way and select Tools >Manage add-ins. Disable all the add-ins, then enable them one by one until the problem reappears. Once you know which add-in is causing the problem, you can leave it disabled.
