paternity leave?

Does anyone know the entitlement of paternity leave if you work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern? I understand its 2 weeks for people who work normal monday to friday jobs but 2 weeks to me is only 8 days!

so what? Two weeks leave to someone who only works 2 days a week is only actually 4 days - but its still 2 weeks work and pay
