Please forgive my asking, especially as I am not doing this quiz but how does Pink Elephant fit an answer of 4,6 and fit alphabetically between eft and fawn?

It's 4,8 really (I know this, having the quiz myself even though smouse put 4,6 - I didn't even notice that when replying smouse!) and it's the elephant bit that fits alphabetically. Only part of the answer relates to a creature.
