Can I buy tax for my car with only 2 weeks left on the mot certificate?

Yes. If it's valid today, you can buy tax today even if it runs out tomorrow.

You should (in theory) be able to tax it with only 2 minutes left if you did it online !

Of course you are not intending to drive it after the mot runs our, are you?
