Where can I buy wax applique to decorate candles I have seen sites on the net with candles already decorated but can not find where to buy them so I can decorate my own.

I haven't seen the wax applique that you mention, but I do know that you can print your own pictures onto special paper which you can then put onto candles, you can then choose the pictures/themes etc that you want. I'm not quite sure if this is what you mean, but try Baker Ross or Yellow Moon online. (Same company, different names.) They do children's craft stuff, including wax filled pens to decorate candles, and flat squares of coloured wax that you can mould with warm hands for crafty ideas.
