Help please - fab floor fillers for 40th Birthday party wanted!

We're going to a 40th Birthday party where we can DJ for 15 minutes courtesy of a company called 'Stick It On'. We have to (in their words) choose 15 minutes of top choonage to rock the dancefloor with.

Blimey, it's hard going, hubby and I can hardly agree on anything! Also, some of my choices have been snaffled already.

So I'm calling on you funky ABers to suggest some songs guaranteed to get people on the dancefloor. The average age of the partygoers will be 40 and it would be great to have music from the 70's, 80's, 90's and noughties (but probably not the Ibiza Ministry of Sound type stuff!)

Hi there, you need classics like.... o'Jays - I love music, Average white band - Let's go round again, Billy Ocean - Love really hurts without you and something rocky... Troggs - Wild thing. not much but a few of the older dancey songs from late 60's - 70's. I DJ myself and these are some of my best selection.
