police harassment

my 15 year old daughter was questioned by a local policeman without her legal guardians present.she told the policeman to come and see us he never did. but is still presenting a problem, how do i sort this out without her being further persicuted?

The police can talk to anyone but you state questioning in your question.
If it was an interview a parent or guardian must be present.
PACE dictates the rules as to how people are dealt with by the police.
Was your daughter arrested?
Was the policeman just advising her?
Is she now on bail?
