my x wife is divorcing me for unreasonable behaviour although she got pregnant by another man and had a child that i brought up for 4 years,along with my other 3 as i have told on here before.she has stopped me seeing him and even told him i died ,he knows i'm not.she has a new child from her new boyfriend and all my money etc..etc.. one of the reasons i left her was for her lying and cheating and a fraud to the dhss i found out about.
because i was to tired to involve solicitors in the divorce proceedings and her unbelievable pack of lies in her reasons for the divorce,i have to pay the costs,i have told her solicitor she was involved in a fraud that i was shocked about and knew nothing about until 3 years after she started,�15,000's worth.should this solicitor still be representing her if i give her the concrete evidence of her clients crime!!!!!!

surely she is only representing her in the matter of the divorce? therefore why should she care about the other stuff. REPORT YOUR EX WIFE to the benefits agency if you have proof of benefit fraud
