Why do I get this on-screen message when I turn my PC on?

When I turn my PC on, I get the following message (the text in "" shows in a blue box; the text in ** shows under the blue box) -

"SmartBridge Alerts : BTHelpNotifier.exe - Entry Point Not Found"

* The procedure entry point GetProcessImageFileNameW could not be located in the dynamic link library PSAPI.DLL.*

I DID IT ,I DID IT ,yipee ive been trying to get rid of that for months ,apart from geting rid of it its the only thing ive ever done on my pc without it turning around and biting me in the you know where,thank you very much.all the best

I still don't understand why it happened, but I doubt there's a SIMPLE (LAY-SPEAK!) explanation! :o)
