limited or no connectivity

sometimes despite my signal strength being "very good" i can't connect to my wifi because it says limited or no connectivity, other times the signal strenght will be low but i can connect

Yes he can, cheekychops - if there router admin page has the default passwords.
And then his neighbour will be blocked. Until they press the reset button.
I did exactly that to my neighbour - without realising! The connection was very slow, I entered the admin page thinking it was mine, changed channel, set passwords...
Then my neighbour came round a couple of days later - they couldn't get online, could I help...
