My ex wife is working as a carer. We are trying to sort out maintenance payments, through the courts. She is not declaring that she is working and therefore is not declaring any earnings.
Is there a way to prove that she is in paid employment?

Are you saying she is committing benefit fraud? If so, just shop her to the National Benefit Fraud Hotline [phone] and they'll get the evidence for you.
