If it is not in your documentation somewhere phone the main dealer who sold the car at first registration and they can tell you from the licence plate number. Sometimes they charge but try to get it for free by begging

You could try taking it back to the pub you bought it from and trying to find the guy who sold it to you...

Radio codes are specific to the individual radio, not the vehicle model.If it is an original makers fitted radio it will be in your documentation or available from the supplying dealer. If,as lopsided-balls suggested you bought it in the pub then go to the local pet shop as you have bought a pup.
