Where are the best charity shops in London to buy an evening gown for a ball?

If you count Pinner as 'London', it might be worth checking out the Oxfam shop on Rayner's Lane. They both sell and hire fancy dress and evening dress:

The Oxfam in Notting Hill can be good (on the High Street)
depending on what is on at the Design centre, (if you are unlucky it can look like it has been subject to a plague of locusts), also depends who has just cleared their wardrobe.
