Fashion: What will go with......

I bought a really bright blue layered short skirt and want to wear it this week but have no idea what will go with it..! Any1 got any ideas? (this might be in the wrong topic but there isn't one for fashion!)

you can't go wrong with a white top a strappy one or something, with some nice white shoes to match.
