Where to sell a contract for a mobile phone

My daughter has a mobile phone on contract to 3. I have read somewhere that there is a place that buy contracts but can't remember who or where. Does anyone know please? Thanks.

She has had to give her job up because she can't get there anymore. She was on wheels to work but has had to give the scooter back. Would she have to give the phone back?

what i would say is network 3 is not the best because your signal can only strech when you are in the city. you cant use it wen in country side>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>.......
