In another couple of months this child will be walking, and judging by the 'responsible' adults gigling in the background, it will be allowed to doddle off everywhere.
The chances of a toddler meeting a wild cobra is very real and many children are killed every year in the Indian region. No wonder when the kids think a cobra is a toy.
