Hi,
I have a JVC gz-mg21 video camera with 20gb of memory. Recording time on fine mode is not very long so i want to increase my memory using SD cards. I have noticed that the biggest i have found are 8gb, two of these owuld do perfectly but it says they are SDHC. Will my camera be able to use this? In the manual it doesn't mention these at all but then i think they are quite new.

So, can my video camera use these or do i have to stick to normal SD cards?

Thanks

Because SDHC works differently then standard SD cards, this new format is not backwards compatible with legacy SD format host devices.

Unless your video camera is specifically SDHC compatible it will be unable to use these higher capacity memory cards.
