Were you looking for anything in particular? If not try "Brighton Rock" by Queen, most things by Steve Vai and I saw a video the other day by a band called Dragonforce and the guitar was practically smoking - can't remember what the track was called though. Most heavy metal bands have lots of fast guitar work in them
