I have a painted exterior rendererd wall (it had stabilising solution added before painting) I have big problems with Effervescent salts coming through blowing the paint and some render. Any ideas? or do i have to wait until the salts pass thru?

I don't know much about owt, but if you see salt on a wall, that means water/condensation has risen up through the bricks through tiny little crevices. When the water evaporates, it leaves behind salty deposits... a common sign of rising damp, but like I said, I don't know much! I hope i isn't, but maybe someone will give you a much better answer. Good luck.
