You could try http://www.gumtree.com

but I cannot guarantee what sort of replies you will get!!
try epupz
Have you put adverts up in your local shops? they are normaly free, what town ru from?
If you want responsible owners who have bothered to find out about the breed why not put them on the Kennel Club's Puppy Sales Register, or contact one of the breed club secretaries, as they probably have a list of reputable breeders that they send to enquirers.

Also the local newspaper would mean they would be local people and you could vet the homes and allow them to visit the puppies before you agree to let them have one.

A small outlay for an advert is surely worth every penny if you get the right homes for your puppies. If people are looking in 'free ads' maybe they want something for nothing or might not be able to afford to look after them properly (not everyone of course, but I know where I would advertise mine if I didn't have a list of owners waiting for puppies.
