As Chris says, assuming you are driving, down the M1 to J24A, A50 to Uttoxeter, then right toward Rocester and Alton Towers (it will certainly be signed from Uttoxeter and probably before that). You should do it in 1 1/2 hrs easy. My brother in law lives in Donnie and we can do that from Northampton in under 1 1/2hrs.
