when i go 2 court for due care and leaving the scene will the insurance company be their at all ? i mean like send a person down for any reason and if i get points will the courts pass the information onto the insurance or will i have 2 tell them myself?

It is highly unlikely the insurance company will have a representative at the court. I would definitely say not.
If you get points (you will) you MUST tell the insurance company. If you don't your insurance will be void. And somehow, they always find out.
If you don't tell them - they will have good grounds to refuse to renew your insurance, or cancel your policy.
Then it will be very difficult to get insurance elsewhere for a long time, and it will be expensive.

well technically i dident run i away i Left i paniced got scared dident know what was going 2 happen i went round corner to the phone box since i dident have a fone when rang my mum up she came up be time i got round 2 my house the police was allready their it was the sillyest of things 2 do and am sure am going 2 learn my lesson with being charged for leaving
if their was drink/drugs involved i would of been found out by the police and charged for that also but i havent

it doesnt matter weahter you tell your insurance or not, its all on a data base. all it takes is a police car to pass you in the street and their, number plate recognition camera will probably tell them to check you out, then they`ll have all the details they need to check up, and they will check up!!!!!!
