Many thanks Annabellalot! Much appreciated - It brings back memories and I will have hours of fun singing this to my daughter! Kind Regards, Neil
You almost have all of it. My son and daughter have this on one of their cd's and it is never very far from me. the last verse after what you have already is: poor old Michael Finnegan again.... then you repeat over and over and over
My pleasure Neil ... only problem was that I spent the whole day singing it whilst on the beach! Brought back good memories for me too though!
Thankyou so much Neil D and Annabellalot. My lovely grandad used to play the mandalin and sing this to me back in the fifties when I was a little girl and it brought back so many memories. He also used to sing 'Paddy McGinties Goat'.
