MSN hackers...

Hi, someone has hacked into my msn account and changed my password and screen name and pretending to be, upsettin my friends ect...

I cant remember my secret question so cant reset my password. Does anyone know how to find it out so I can get bk in and apoligise to the ppl who have been upset?!

Contact microsoft and tell them about your problem asap.

Go onto your mail page and click the options on the right hand side. Then you should be able to change everything.

How do I contact microsoft? I have e-mailed them several times but only get automated responses?! I cant find a number anywhere?!

I have noticed this my self with microsoft uk myself i doubt you will get a reply. Right Ive just re-done my pass word..
Right when you sign in it ask you to sign in
Go to the bottom and follow the instructions where it says forgot password. I just done mine and it worked fine

And it never asked 4 my secret question it sent a link to my addy.

Yeh...I tried that, but it sends it 2 the adress thats been hacked into...so I cant reset it! This is so frustrating! lol!

Did you try send to alternative e-mail or has that been changed as well ?

I dont have an alternative address! Silly I know!

Might sound daft re install msn again and see what happens with your old pass word.
If this doesn't work you may have to use another name and then add your friends addresses again if you have them.
Ive read your other post about your unsecured broadband id fix this first as that seems where they are getting in. I don't know how you change it once it is done. I just re installed the disk and followed the instructions on the disc.

Hey, I managed to get thru to them by sending more emails and being really quite rude...and they replied by asking about 20 questions from my user name to a list of subjects in my inbox...and if they think that it's my account then they will reset my password and I can have MSN again!! YAY!!
